Kurt Schrader is the COO of Epicurean Developments LLC, operators of Tailgaters Central, and an avid griller and cook. His interests include food, wine, beer, great company and a good baseball game.
He currently lives in Tallahassee, FL with his wonderful wife and little boy, enjoying the beautiful Florida weather (most of the time) and the just-right small city atmosphere.
